Quick delivery, carefully packaged, works straight out of the box. That including delivery it only cost $5 more than a stock one from Officeworks, and only took one day longer to do its interstate journey than the other would have from the local OW, is a remarkable thing.
Works exactly as advertised, highly recommended!
Quick delivery, well packaged in the original box with all the cables etc. I did have a minor issue where MakeMKV failed about a quarter of the way through the first test run and could no longer see the disc, but opening/closing the disc tray seemed to fix it and the second attempt had no issues. Other than that, everything seemed to work perfectly right out of the box and I’m very happy with the purchase.
As soon as it was unpacked, I tested it, and it worked with 0 issues. Considering I purchased this drive, over a holiday break, I received it quickly (today, 15/01). Worth the cost!
Worked out of the box!
Great workhorse drive. I had a problem using the drive with MakeMKV using my own usb C to C cable. However, it worked fine with the supplied usb C to A cable. Otherwise, it worked perfectly out of the box. Arrived on time and well packaged.

Works perfectly! Able to mount in unraid and back up BR and 4k discs with makemkv.

This ripper of a drive arrived today, quick postage and excellent packaging. Was able to backup a couple of discs that a LG drive had trouble with.
Arrived very quickly, well packaged and with all the original box contents. Very slim and attractive drive and works like a charm.
