Physical Products

Returns

Due to these optical drives having flashed firmware, any manufacturer warranty is null & void. Returns will only be accepted if the drive is DOA or is determined to be faulty within 28 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, including any/all documentation, cables, accessories and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once I receive your returned item(s), I will notify you of receipt and begin product inspection and testing. You will be notified regarding the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment method’s policies.

All refunds will be the full amount minus any PayPal fees incurred by me.

If, after testing, your returned product is not deemed to be faulty, a 15% product restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Digital Software

Refunds

Due to the product being digital software, once downloaded, refunds will not be given unless software is proven to be defective for your usage circumstances within 7 days of purchase.

If a refund is provided it will be the full amount minus any PayPal fees incurred by me.
