Even though this is end of life, I would just like to say that these are great drives! Super quiet, reads every disk that I throw at it, and even though they are slower than the LG drives they replaced, I still consider them a worthwhile investment. The shipping was also prompt and secure (the drives survived the journey from LITERALLY halfway across the world). Would gladly do business with again.
I bought this to replace a failed Asus drive. This drive is much higher quality, it’s almost silent!
